This Sunday will be USRC Tiger Minis most important Sunday of the year. Please remember that this is our clubs event, widely considered as the best party in town. This year’s Tigerfest will be massive, featuring 22 rugby clubs, 330 teams and a total of over 3,500 players.

Big thanks to those who helped setting up this mega-massive-monstrous event and to all who have volunteered as pitch marshals.

Please assist our coaches and pitch marshals whenever needed, fix pitch markings if they get broken, or help out at the cake stall or info center for a couple of hours.

We need plenty of help tomorrow (Sat) evening to set up the festival at King's Park, so please make yourself available. Food and drink will be provide

As every year please bring along some cakes, biscuits or other such food for bake sale on the day. The cake stall will be located in front of the clubhouse.

On Sunday we will need helpers in the clubhouse for medal distribution and the cake stall so please consider to spare some time to make our festival a great success.

This year with the collaboration of the HKMRFU, we will introduce one of the core values of rugby: RESPECT. The 2017 TigerFest’s motto will be NO RESPECT NO GAME.

We expect all coaches, parents and kids to treat members of the rugby community with respect. Specifically respect the opposition team (and applaud their successes) and do not argue with or shout at referees.

Can you please encourage your kids thinking about what it means to them (Drawing, words, Sentence,...)? We will display the creation of the kids in the welcome tent.

With close to 10,000 people descending on Kings Park, I would ask that all parents take responsibility for their own child on the day and ensure that they are ready at the allocated pitch at least 10 minutes before they are due to play each game. The program with the full festival details will be send to you by your headcoach.

There will be no parking on the day at King's Park and traffic will be heavy. Please consider using public transport. If you get there by taxi please alight on Wylie Road to avoid big jams on the hill. No Taxis will be allowed to go up on Wylie Path

See you on Sunday for a fun and unforgettable day of Rugby
